Welcome! The members of the media/public relations staff hope that you can attend the 2009 Indian Wells Tennis Tournament, held March 9-22 at the beautiful Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Last year more than 331,000 fans passed through the gates, making it the fifth most attended tennis tournament in the world and the most attended next to the four Grand Slams.

The media center at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden is one of the most professional, accessible and comfortable facilities in all of tennis. Situated on the suite level of the 16,000 seat main stadium, the media room features typical amenities such as individual televisions, WiFi Internet access and personal workstations. In addition, outdoor suite seating is directly adjacent to the media room enabling each media member to have the best possible view of each match. Should a media member wish to get closer to the action, seating in the lower level is available.

The tournament is covered annually by more than 500 credentialed media from more than 20 countries resulting in awareness around the world. In 2008 the tournament was broadcast on television for over 40 hours on ESPN2 and the Tennis Channel.

The tournament would not be a success without all of the media that cover the tournament. It is our goal is to make sure that your time at the tournament is enjoyable and productive. We look forward to seeing you at the tournament!
